the poly strong challenge is a difficult challenge. it is  a different culture. but you still can enjoy it. I am niuean and the song sounds like it is Fijian or Hawaiian. you should type in the song and watch I am not in it because when we were not recording i took a photo so then we recorded Aaron again 

white Sunday

on a wonderful Sunday it was white Sunday that means that the adults and the teenagers had to do bible reading. The kids had to read a short verse of the bible but on Saturday we had a practice and that  went well. The short verse on the bible was all in nuiean. We had lots and lots of time.We finally know all of it.In church we did all this normal stuff we sang songs and the big people did theirs. Finally it  was the little kids turn a was nervous. there was other kids saying a speech as it got closer and closer for my turn to say my speech.Right before my turn. It was my sisters turn. When she was saying her speech i tried to be calm because if i am not calm i wont  do my speech but when  she finished i was calm i said it and i felt em-barest  and fine i felt em_barest  because i accidentally said aho and i am Nuiean then i sat bak down.

The crawling race

A very fit lady competed in crawling marathon.She had a  great determination she was crawling and crawling to the finish. She was in complete exhaustion but she kept on going and going until she finally made it to the finish then she made it and then she was happy.

Standing with mana the All Blacks did there haka they looked like they lade down a challenge for the other team.They did there fierce pukana  represent New Zealand. Richie Mccaw was the leader of the all blacks haka. They all had the strength of a warrior because they

Heavy Weight

In 2016 in the heavyweight Olympics there was a lady, she lifted heavy  weights. She came to a part where she tried to lift a massive weight. She crumpled to the ground and she was screaming in agony. Her legs were everywhere and her arms were going backwards over her head.
